I made an appointment to get my truck inspected at 12pm. I told them I didn't have much time. She said it would be half an hour (pending no repairs) ONCE they pulled it in. I asked how long that would be. Was told 15-20 minutes. Ok, I told her I was going to leave it and be back in an hour because I had horses out and rain was coming. An hour goes by and I hadn't heard anything. I call them. She goes "oh, they're just about to pull it in" and I told them don't bother I was coming to get it. I went and picked it up. My truck was there for a full hour and they didn't look at it when I had an appointment. I scheduled an appointment because my time is very limited. It should been inspected in that hour. Don't over schedule things if you're going to make people wait for an hour and not even pull the vehicle in yet. I will be using A&M on bullis in elma from now on. They'll come get the vehicle and drop it back off Since I can't reply, my work is also short staffed. That's why I made an appointment for my vehicle to be inspected. If I had just walked in off the street, that's one thing. But I made an appointment and made it clear I had a limited amount of time. I didn't see and "help wanted" signs while I was there so not sure how you're advertising looking for help.
We are so sorry for the inconvenience Amy. We always try our best to get our customers vehicles in on time. We’ve been very short staffed like most places lately and it’s been a challenge to meet the demand for vehicle repairs when we are not staffed properly. We are actively hiring and doing everything possible to remedy the situation. I’ll admit we may have been in the wrong when we said it would be a half an hour but sometimes unexpected situations come up. I’ll be sure to mention this to our staff and we will do better in the future. Thanks for your understanding.
