My overall experience with this company is wonderful. I did experience a not so customer friendly on one occasion. The onset of one of the sales rep made me feel offensive. I had provided donuts to the staff and the sales rep pushed them to the side and never shared with the staff. It wasn't until Jimmy came in and I stated what I had for the staff. Jimmy did inform the guys what I did. I also experienced over hearing the same sales rep speaking negative about Jimmy to another coworker. When Jimmy returned , the sales rep changed the subject. While conversation with Jimmy, this coworker would interject with what Jimmy and I was discussing. I stated to this guy I was not speaking to him. This guy I had never dealt with. It is because of the service I had in the past, I returned. Otherwise if I didn't appreciate Jimmy, I would not return. Customers are people to. Not to be offended. I did follow through with my complaint .
