Very poor experience. Went in for an oil change and tire pressure sensor issue on a Tuesday night. They found work that needed to be done, but the part didn't come in that day, so they requested another part. I was called the Friday before Easter at 4pm to be told my car wouldn't be ready until Monday. So I missed my Easter family gathering. For all the mistakes and delivery issues I was told the part was going to be free, then I went to pay and they didn't remove the free part from the invoice until I said something about it. So I ended up getting my car after a week, and the tire pressure sensor was never fixed. I kept being told "the guy that can read the computer isn't in" so it never got fixed. I went to their Williamsville location previously and didn't have issues so it must just be this location.
