A bad day turned into a great one thanks to Chris and Ryan over at Scruggs. I was out of town and had no way out with my vehicle being disabled. Had it towed there, and Chris had the parts waiting for me, unbelievably; they had me back on the road in less than an hour heading home. 10/10 Highly recommend this honest and well prepared business.

Jim and his guys are awesome! I love that they take photos of everything, so you know they're not trying to screw you over. They needed to keep my car overnight, and Jim drove me home and picked me up the next day! 10/10, no doubt I would go back again. These guys are the real deal. I have never been treated with more care and respect than I did here. Thank you!!

Took my Jeep to a repair place because it was down the street from me for a fuel injector and it turned into the pace messing up my whole Jeep and they wouldn’t tell me what they did to it. I made an appointment at Scruggs’s in Elma and they found so much wrong it was extensive work but they fixed everything and 2 days faster then they originally told me. My Jeep runs great now. Should have gone to them to begin with. Thanks Jeff and your mechanics for saving my Jeep and sorry undercoating was done just before you got it. It wasn’t planned that way.
