When the check engine light came on my Cadillac SUV this past week, I got a referral from Auto Zone to take it to SCRUGGS Automotive. Since experiencing poor customer service from the dealer, I did not want to take it back to them. I checked SCRUGGS Automotive website and saw a rating of FIVE STARS! I immediately called SCRUGGS Automotive and recieved an appointment within a few days. The day of, I recieved an attentive and friendly greeting from Nick Herberger. I was also very impressed with how clean they kept their reception/waiting area. My boyfriend drove me home where I waited to get a call of the diagnosis and price. One advantage SCRUGGS Automotive has, is the logistics to NAPA Auto Parts around the block. They were able to quickly diagnose, obtain and replace the part necessary. When I picked up the car, Nick asked me if I had any questions. I have to say I've never been asked this courteous question by any mechanic. Thank you Nick, for treating me like a fellow human being. Your customer service is exemplary and I will be bringing my SUV to you from now on.
