Jeff and crew are the epitome of customer service and honest, clear, and dependable. They remind me of what my grandparents would call "the good old days"; you feel taken care of after working with them. I had a slew of issues with my vehicle and they worked with me on finding solutions for my budget and timetable. I have had experiences in the past where, in hindsight, it was clear that my happy-go-lucky nature and trust were taken advantage of, and it was refreshing to experience the opposite of that with Scruggs Auto! 5 stars :)

Just moved to the area from out of state, came across this shop on Google. Everyone was extremely nice and very professional. They explained in detail the issues I had and went out of their way to help me. I will keep bringing my car to these guys as I feel very comfortable trusting them with something I know little about. That means a lot to me.
