The guys and gals at the shop are great people and treat you as they have known you for a long time. They know what they are talking about and can explain it to you, so you understand as well. Scruggs did a superb job on a complicated heater core replacement on my VW Beetle that involved taking out the entire dashboard and cleaning out all the resulting residue from the damaged heater core. Great to be able to use the defrost again. Appreciate all the detailed work.
