Brought my 2007 Trailblazer in for a growling sound which the technician found to be related to the front strut. Also found left front ball joint was in need of replacement. Both jobs were performed same day along with an alignment. I drove off confidently that yet another issue has been resolved by highly qualified technicians. Also, I was explained everything by Margaret at the front desk who handled my paperwork efficiently and courteously. Thanks to all at Scruggs!

VERY VERY PLEASED with my recent tire purchase! (I have also had minor things like oil changes and an inspection done). Margaret researched to find me the quiet, all-weather tires that would be appropriate for my needs. I am EXTREMELY happy with the results, and I cannot believe what a difference having GOOD tires makes!! (I had purchased new ones from another shop 3 years ago, but they were loud and made my car shake). Everything was very professional, and timely. I am very grateful to have an automotive shop I can trust. I DO recommend them to others!! :)
