We just moved down the road from Scruggs and everyone talked very highly about there work so we decided to give them a try when my wife’s van needed an inspection and new tires we called Monday night to make a appointment and have them order our new tires for us and by midday Wednesday they already had the inspection and new tires on. They were a fantastic shop to deal with very clean and they kept us updated what was going on and even called to mention the power steering fluid looked a little dirty and advised it would be good to get that cleaned out and new fluid put in at a convient time. They will most deffiantly be the only shop we will use moving forward.

I found Scruggs by accident. I needed a vehicle inspection for my extended warranty. I was in Lockport for my nieces Dr's appointment. And now I have found my new mechanic 30 mins away from my home.

Professional and on time as always perfect experience

Sruggs scheduled my repair on my Buick Regal to fix the replacement of the resonator. After checking the part with my car they could not make the repair. At that point Sruggs recommended that I go to Mufferman in Kenmore and have them help me. After within one hour Mufferman had replaced my resonator and saved me $225.00 in the process. Thank you Sruggs!
