Update below-- I took my car in for a brake pad change and they showed me an estimate of $900+ when it should only cost about $250. My rotors are fine and my lines are fine. Don't believe the reviews that say they are honest and charge a fair price. Update in response to the owner: I appreciate your response but I do not think it accurately describes the situation. I took my vehicle to another shop and was present when they inspected my brake system. While the back pads were very thin as you described, the front pads were at 5/16" thickness, which is well above the replacement level between 1/8" and 3/16". The rotors were in fair condition and not warped past acceptable tolerances. Even if all the pads and rotors needed replacing, the quoted price was well above what most other shops charge.
Anthony. I'm so sorry you had a bad experience. I just talked to my team at the shop and they remember your vehicle. The brake rotors were warped causing a pulsation in the brake pedal. Both the front and rear pads were very thin. We take a lot of pride in our service and we will not do a job "half way". If we would have just changed your pads you still would have had the same pulsating feeling and the job wouldn't be done correctly. Please feel free to contact me and I would be happy to put your vehicle on the lift and show you our concerns with your brakes and take you for a test ride to explain better why we wanted to change the pads and rotors. Again please contact me so we can make this right by you.
