I've been going to Scruggs for a few years. They do great work and stand behind it. The most recent was a total engine replacement. They had it done in 2 days, which was amazing.

These guys are true professionals. My car was accelerating on its own even when I had pressed the brake pedal. Due to that reason it had developed a long list of problems like pulling to left or right, knocking sound under the dashboard. Initially they gave me an estimate of a few thousand dollars but we agreed to do the most important work for just over $1000.00. They had the expertise to know that it needs spark plugs and fuel lines restoration so they did that and once I got the car back. Most of the other issues the car was having have been minimized to a very small extent so that I feel that there is nothing wrong with the car now but I’ll get to them when I’m ready. I don’t think they are cheapest but they will produce results that customer is happy with. I highly recommend them for reasons stated above and most important is that they are punctual. They will get the job done as scheduled

I100% recommend Sruggs in Williamsville on Transit Rd!!!! Jeff and Jerry are AWESOME!! After having my Nissian repaired at another auto repair shop and spending almost $1000 I only made it a few miles when I heard a clunk and something dragging!! I had such a horrible experience with that repair shop I did not want to take my vehicle back to them as I did not trust them! My gut was right! The clunk was a part that fell off because it was never bolted back down and got stuck under my vehicle and I was dragging it along!! Just one of many things not done or not done right! Unbelievable! After my car was towed to Sruggs and checked out I received an email and a phone call from Jeff who took the time to review everything that was wrong with the vehicle and had me follow along in the email and look at the pictures they sent me to explain it all. What service!! Yes a lot of parts not bolted back down or with the wrong bolts!! My experience with Scruggs was nothing but TOP NOTCH!! They kept me updated in a very timely manner as to what the status of my vehicle was, they were professional, courteous, reassuring, helpful, and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable after such a bad experience. Advised me as to what needed to be fixed ASAP and where they saw issues that would need to be taken care of in the near future so I was aware. Great Service!! Thank you Jeff & Jerry!!!
